888’s Control Center Provides Players with Responsible Gambling Tools
888 Holdings has said that it is beginning to roll out its new Control Center. It is an interface available on all of the operator’s websites that will give players better tools for monitoring their play.
The center will be accessible from the top of each of the operator’s websites, such as 888casino and 777casino. Customers will be able to see a huge amount of data about their activity and it will also act as a shortcut to 888 Holding’s safer gambling tools. The aim is to identify unhealthy gambling behavior earlier, so that preventative steps can be taken.
The Control Center will first be available to British players and localized versions will go live in other markets over the next few months. The launch was timed to coincide with the start of Safer Gambling Week 2020 in the UK, a week dedicated to highlighting problem gambling in all areas of the industry.
Itai Pazner, the chief executive at 888, said that the first stage of the product is to made existing player protection tools more visible. The next stage will be to integrate additional safer gambling features, which is due to take place over the next few months.
