Menominee Casino Resort to Receive Scientific Games iVIEW 4 System
Scientific Games Corporation has reached an agreement with the Menominee Casino Resort to install its Systems solutions across 791 gaming machines by the end of the year. The solutions include the iVIEW 4 with its Web Content Manager, Beverage Ordering Software System, Business Intelligence, Elite Bonusing Suite, Promotional Kiosk, Servizio™, and the Social Distancing and Automated Game Sanitization Modules.
The iVIEW 4 is Scientific Games’ advanced player interface that can show marketing animations and video on its multi-touch display. It gives operators the ability to advertise, utilise their loyalty club and improve player experience through many of the packaged solutions, such as the Elite Bonusing Suite. Essentially, it allows the casinos to reward players in real time, without players having to move from the machine.
The Business Intelligence solution helps operators to increase business through advanced analytics of factors such as table and slot performance and player behaviour. Similarly, the Promotional Kiosk is a customisable solution that gives operators new ways to reward their players directly at the gaming machine. The Servizio solution is a collection of mobile applications to handle things such as player registration, jackpot payments, gaming device maintenance and more.
Commenting on the new agreement, Daniel Hanse, the General Manager at Menominee Casino Resort, said that they “feel confident that the Systems solutions […] will allow us to provide our players with a first-class casino experience.” He went on to say that the casino is also “very excited” to be the first in Wisconsin to install the Social Distancing Module.
As the name suggests, the Social Distancing Module is designed to make it easy for casino operators to meet COVID-19 related safety requirements. It gives the casino the ability to enable or disable machines, and it also allows players to reserve playing time. It works together with the Automated Game Sanitization Module, which provides an efficient method for keeping the gaming machines clean and safe.
The Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Scientific Games, Bob Parente, commented, “We look forward to seeing the positive impact of these cutting-edge Systems solutions on their casino floor.”
