Penn’s PGA Tour Blackjack Game Goes Live in New Jersey
Penn Entertainment has announced the launch of its first online casino blackjack game with branding from the PGA Tour. The title is now available for play in New Jersey via the ESPN Bet and Hollywood Casino app and in Ontario through the theScore Casino app.

Developed by Penn Game Studios, PGA TOUR Blackjack combines traditional blackjack gameplay with poker-style side bets. As expected, the game also comes with PGA Tour logos and themed cards.
According to Penn, the launch of the game was “made possible” through its existing partnership with the premier golf organization via its ESPN brand. The deal, which was signed in May 2024, designates ESPN Bet as the operator of the PGA Tour. It has also seen Penn integrate live betting streams into the program PGA Tour Live on ESPN+.
Penn Entertainment plans to introduce the title to other licensed iGaming markets in the coming months.

As it is expanding its online portfolio, Penn is also redeveloping its physical presence. Last month, the operator unveiled plans to retire its long-standing riverboat casino in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and replace it with a modern, land-based facility branded as Hollywood Casino.
This week, the company also announced that its $185 million upgraded Hollywood Casino Joliet in Illinois will open its doors to the public on Monday, August 12, pending regulatory approvals.
The establishment will offer over 1,000 slot machines, 43 live table games, a baccarat room, a retail ESPN Bet sportsbook, a 10,000-square-foot event center with meeting areas, and around 1,330 parking spaces.
