Red Rock Casino Guest Wins Jackpot in High Limit Slot Room
At Red Rock Casino in Clark County, Nevada, a guest hit a jackpot in the amount of $1,086,315.93. The win happened last Wednesday (May 28) at about 10 p.m.
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:The win came as a result of a $250 spin on Dragon Link inside the High Limit Slots room. This was the first-ever jackpot hit on Station Casinos’ exclusive linked High Limit progressive jackpot slot system, according to KSNV.
The new progressive was developed for Station Casinos and its high-limit rooms. The jackpot begins at $1 million. This is considered among the highest jackpots at a casino that’s not along the Vegas Strip.
The game in which the guest won at Dragon Link was developed by Aristocrat Gaming. It’s available at several Station Casinos, including Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, and Durango Resort.
Station Casinos Makes Strip Debut
In other Station Casino-related news, the first-ever Station Casino sportsbook opened on the Las Vegas Strip last month. It came via a partnership with Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. The STN Sportsbook, which is inside The Golden Circle at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino, opened on April 29 after it was approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
The venue has eight self-service kiosks, 74 high-definition screens, and video walls, and players can also register with a mobile device.

This jackpot win follows a troubling incident at Red Rock casino last year. In August 2024, Shayne Sussman pleaded guilty to stabbing two employees. This came after Sussman got “plastered” at the casino while attending a concert. He attempted to attack a casino maintenance worker. From there, another worker tried to pull Sussman off the maintenance employee. Sussman then turned and began stabbing the employee.
As a result of pleading guilty, he will serve between 8 and 20 years in prison and will be forced to pay restitution of up to $2,800.
The employees suffered critical injuries.
