BetMGM Launches First Mobile Sports Betting App in Puerto Rico
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:BetMGM, the US gaming and entertainment operator, has announced the launch of its mobile sportsbook app in the region of Puerto Rico.
This is the first mobile sports betting app to be launched in Puerto Rico, and BetMGM has partnered with the Casino del Mar at La Concha Resort, the retail gaming operator, where BetMGM already has a retail sportsbook located in the casino.
As part of a socially responsible gaming policy, before players can use the BetMGM sportsbook app, the operator will need to validate the customer’s identification. Players will have to register in person at the BetMGM retail sportsbook at the Casino del Mar at La Concha Resort.
BetMGM runs an MGM Rewards loyalty program reward program in North America, and this will be extended to players using the sports app in Puerto Rico, allowing them to earn experiences in MGM Resorts like those located in Las Vegas.
