Bragg’s Fuze Engagement Tools Arrive at Sportsbooks

Bragg Gaming Group has announced that it has expanded its player engagement and gamification product Fuze to online sportsbooks, giving operators a new way to attract and retain customers.

Fuze, which is already available on Bragg’s online casino distribution platform, gives sportsbooks the ability to capitalize on event-driven betting demand through targeted gamified promotions that customers are able to follow in real-time.

For example, a sportsbook could challenge customers to bet on the result of every football match in a World Cup group and then award prizes to those with the highest ratio of wining bets.

The idea is that operators will be able to run promotions related to specific sporting events that will see customers compete with each other and at the same time, place more bets. Fuze will be expanded in the near future to include individual challenges and multiple challenge journeys with achievement mechanics and rewards.

Operators will also be able to use Fuze to run loyalty programs. It will reward customers with points for placing bets and the points can then be spent in a special store.

Fuze launched for Bragg’s online casino clients in 2021 and it has been shown to triple the number of online casino bets, game rounds and players through its promotional campaigns. The sportsbook version went live with BetCity.nl, recently acquired by Entain, last week and more operators are expected to join in the near future.
