Rivers Casino Philadelphia reported $55.8 million, a modest 3.9% gain year‑over‑year, while Parx Casino in Bensalem edged up to $54.2 million, a 0.3% increase.

Breaking the totals down by product, slot machine revenue was roughly flat at $201.2 million, a slight 0.1% decline from the prior year. Analyst Perspective and Outlook

Industry analysts say the mix of steady slot play and aggressive growth in iGaming is reshaping Pennsylvania’s market dynamics.

"The November figures show that online wagering is no longer a supplemental channel – it’s the growth engine for the commonwealth. Operators who have invested in cross‑platform customer acquisition and seamless app experiences are reaping the benefits. We also see signs that promotional strategies and live‑event schedules helped sustain sports revenue despite a handle that reflects heavy parlay and futures activity.

Graham added a forward look: "Regulatory stability in Pennsylvania, combined with continued product innovation, should keep overall monthly totals elevated. However, operators will need to manage margins as promotional spend and online tax burdens rise. Look for continued concentration of market share among large integrated operators that can fund multi‑channel marketing and technology."

Regulatory observers noted the PGCB’s monthly report underscores how state markets continue to diverge based on local operator strategies and product mixes. For Pennsylvania, the November results highlight the growing importance of digital channels to offset flat or mildly declining brick‑and‑mortar slot performance.

Market watchers will be closely following December results and the holiday sports calendar to assess whether the state can sustain the momentum into year‑end and through early 2026.
