Yggdrasil Releases Slot with New Game Mechanic
Yggdrasil Gaming has unveiled its latest slot, Atlantean GigaRise, which not only takes players on a thrilling deep-sea adventure, but it also introduces them to an exciting new game mechanic.
This new GigaRise mechanic causes a reel to rise one row at a time to a maximum of eight positions high when special Trident symbols land, which hugely increases the number of ways to win to 32,768 and thereby gives the win potential a real boost.
In addition to introducing players to the GigaRise mechanic, the new slot also has an exciting jackpot mechanic that may be triggered when players explore a sunken palace.
Landing three or more Atlantean shell scatter symbols begins the free spins, during which the reels rise more frequently for more wins, and there are additional bonus games along the way that give players the chance to win even more.
If a reel grows to its full height and a special Trident symbol lands then the Ancient Mechanism is unlocked. Players may find a bronze, silver or gold key, which will unlock the bonus chamber. During the free spins, activating the same reel twice awards a legendary key.
