Eurocoin Interactive Acquired by Greentube

Ahead of its entry into the soon to be opened Dutch gaming market, Greentube, the Novomatic Interactive division, has strengthened its offering with the acquisition of Eurocoin Interactive.

Soon to be renamed Greentube Netherlands, Eurocoin Interactive will provide Greentube with its classic slots that cater for the Dutch Market. This includes games such as Random Runner, Simply Wild, and Club 2000, which will be available as soon as the Dutch gaming market opens on 1 October 2021.

Eurocoin Interactive develops online versions of many classic land-based slots, fruit games and VLT games, which are currently supplied to numerous operators, including the Norwegian state lottery Norsk Tipping.

The acquisition will be completed later this month. It is the product of a strategic alignment as Eurocoin’s digital portfolio is considered a better fit for Greentube than the land-based focused Novomatic Netherlands.

The Eurocoin Interactive director, Reg Das, said that the company’s acquisition by Greentube will enhance the company’s portfolio and help it hit the ground running once the regulated market opens later this year.
