New Hard Rock Casino to Open in November
On November 13, 2025, Hard Rock International, in partnership with the Tejon Indian Tribe, will open Hard Rock Casino Tejon.
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:The casino is located about 15 miles south of Bakersfield, California, and it will be owned by the Tejon Tribe, but managed by Hard Rock International.
The press release is touting the facility and the opening as a “world-class hospitality and entertainment experience”, but also says it’s a “transformational cultural and economic moment for the Tejon Indian Tribe…”
As a result of this project, thousands of construction jobs were filled, and 1,000 permanent hires were made for the land-based casino. It will feature 150,000 square feet of gaming space, accommodating more than 2,000 slots, 50 live table games, and VIP areas dedicated to baccarat and blackjack.
There, you’ll also find restaurants and eateries such as Hard Rock Cafe, Deep Cut Steaks | Seafood, YOUYU, and more.
The project was announced in June 2019, and it broke ground in December 2023.
