IGT Extends Contract with DC Lottery, Red Rake Teams with EGT and More Industry Announcements

IGT Extends Contract with DC Lottery
International Game Technology (IGT) has extended its contract with the District of Columbia’s Office of Lottery and Gaming (DC Lottery) by a year, through to December 1, 2021. It means that they will continue to provide instant ticket games and related services, and the extension allows the Lottery to utilize an extra three one-year extension options.
IGT has been working with the DC Lottery since 2014 and over the years, it has developed a number of tickets that range in price from $1 to $10. They have also worked with the DC Lottery on the launch of a number of initiatives, such as Super Ticket™ and three money-themed games.
The DC Lottery Executive Director, Beth Bresnahan, said that the lottery “looks forward to continuing to deliver high-quality lottery games from IGT today, and in the future.”
The contract stipulates that IGT will be providing DC Lottery with a wide range of instant ticket services, such as game planning and marketing, research and analytics, graphics support, and the actual printing of instant tickets, all of which are designed to ensure that DC Lottery can continue to deliver players exciting and innovative content.
