Playtech and win2day’s Partnership Brings Austria’s New Digital Bingo Offering
A new agreement has been announced between Playtech, one of the world’s premier gambling technology companies, and Austrian Lotteries to launch a new online bingo service through the win2day website.
The new agreement will see win2day host a number of standard bingo rooms together with independent versions of popular Playtech Bingo Network brands such as Age of the Gods Bingo, Lucky Numbers Bingo, and Housey Bingo. The website will also be able to schedule and use popular features such as XTG.
Together with the customized bingo offering, win2day will also be able to provide customers with a number of Playtech’s popular bingo side games as standalone games. For example, players will be able to play slots such as George and the Dragon, Fruity Burst, and Dynamite Digger.
The Director of Digital Bingo at Playtech, Angus Nisbet, described the new partnership with Austrian Lotteries as a “fantastic opportunity. He went on to say that the company is “very excited” about the potential of bringing Playtech’s bingo product to the Austrian market and that they are looking forward to a “long, successful relationship” with win2day.
Juergen Smutek, the Head of Bingo at win2day was full of praise for Playtech’s professionalism. He said that bringing bingo to Austria was not without challenges, but that Playtech were able to provide the “best standalone bingo offering” and that it is both “profitable and satisfies the requirement of our regulator”. He described working with Playtech as a “major boost” and said that win2day are looking forward to bringing its players “a fantastic range of new bingo content”.
win2day is the only licensed operator of electronic lotteries in Austria. It provides players with a wide range of games and sports betting facilities through a single portal. The games range from traditional lottery games to casino games such as slots and card and table games. Players are also able to enjoy a poker room, bingo, and sports betting.
