Rich Wilde Returns in New Play’n GO Slot

Play’n GO have released their latest slot to feature the fictional explorer Rich Wilde. The new game, Rich Wilde and the Amulet of the Dead sees the popular character return to Ancient Egypt in pursuit of more treasures.

Amulet of the Dead slot

It is a 5-reel slot with 10 fixed paylines and in the game, the explorer is called to face judgement for his past. The game features a pendant symbol that is both a wild and a scatter. Landing three of them anywhere on the reels rewards players with 10 free spins that come with special expanding symbols.

There is also a special Toth wild symbol that can land stacked on the middle three reels and award payout multipliers of up to x5. Players can also use an optional gamble feature to try to boost their winnings, and it is possible to win up to 25,000 coins.

Play’n GO’s CEO, Johan Törnqvist, believes that developing games under their own brands, such as the Rich Wilde brand, provides players with more enjoyment.

Our slot series’ like Rich Wilde, the Arthurian adventures, or our mythological slots give players an overall gaming experience, wrapped in individual titles. This means that they know what to expect from any new additions to a series and they can try out and find new favourites, safe in the knowledge they’re getting what they love while enjoying something new; like a sequel to a favourite movie or a new season of a TV show. As this industry matures, this is the next level of entertainment.

The Rich Wilde series of slots have proven extremely popular with players, giving weight to Törnqvist’s opinion. This is the sixth game to feature the explorer and last year’s Rich Wilde and the Shield of Athena was a top-performing slot upon its release.
