Rush Street Interactive Make an Investment in Boom Gaming

The US based online casino operator Rush Street Interactive Incorporated have taken a minority investment in casino game software provider Boom Entertainment. The news was announced in a press release on August 11th and will mean that Rush Street's domains, BetRivers.com and PlaySugarHouse.com, will now feature games that are supplied by Boom Entertainment.

Rush Street emphasised that this investment would result in their players being able to play a range of unique games, which include the popular NBC Sports Predictor.

The president of Rush Street Interactive, Richard Schwartz, stated that one of the reasons for the investment was to exploit Boom Entertainments positioning with land-based casinos in Louisiana, New Mexico and Mississippi subject to the obvious regulatory requirements.

Schwartz said in his statement, "By bringing this content to BetRivers.com and PlaySugarHouse.com, our investment and partnership with Boom Entertainment are consistent with our strategy to offer customers the best user experience and widest range of games available in the industry.

Moreover, we are very pleased to add Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico to the growing list of states in which we have obtained market access relationships as we continue to expand across the country and position ourselves to reach gaming enthusiasts wherever they may be."

Stephen Murphy of Boom Entertainment added his thought on the arrangement, "We are excited to partner with Rush Street Interactive Incorporated, an industry leader that understands and appreciates the importance of high-quality game design. We have long discussed collaborating with Rush Street Interactive Incorporated on innovative games and products, and we are excited to bring many of these opportunities to live in the coming months and years."
