Sisal Receives Gold Recognition from EcoVadis

Sisal, a leading online operator in Italy and a part of Flutter Entertainment, has been awarded Gold in the EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings for 2023. This is the second year in a row that Sisal has been recognized by EcoVadis, one of the world's most trusted business sustainability rating organizations.

The company scored 72 out of 100 in the assessment, which evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. This score placed Sisal in the top 96th percentile.

Sisal made notable improvements in several areas. For example, the company sourced 97% of its electricity from renewable sources and implemented policies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company also made efforts to promote business ethics and implement actions and policies to promote diversity, equity & inclusion.

Attaining Gold status demonstrates Sisal's commitment to creating more sustainable, responsible, and inclusive futures in the communities and markets in which it operates. It also aligns with Flutter's Positive Impact Plan, which includes a plan to empower colleagues to work better through the creation of dynamic, inclusive, and equitable workplaces.
