1X2 Network Celebrates New Slot from Iron Dog Studio
The latest slot from Iron Dog Studio, part of the 1X2 Network, is taking players underground on a mining adventure with a team of dwarves in search of precious gems and great riches.
Dwarven Gems Megaways is the first slot to use Iron Dog Studio’s new GECKO framework, and it is an excellent demonstration of the smooth gameplay and enhanced user interface made possible with the framework. GECKO is set to be used to develop a large portfolio of games, and it was developed from the ground up with players in mind.
As players spin the reels of Dwarven Gems Megaways, three bonus features will help them towards bigger wins: Dwarven Bomb, Lucky Last Spin, and Power Gems.
The Dwarven Bomb can land at any time during the game, and it behaves as a sticky wild. If the bomb is not part of a win, then it will explode to cause a reel tumble and new chances to win.
The Lucky Last Spin feature is triggered if players land a win on the final spin of the free spins round. It awards additional free spins and the chance to land more winnings.
The Power Gems can land during the free spins round. Each Power Gem that players mine will add between two and four wilds to the reels. If players excavate two Power Gems, then wilds can also be added to the fifth reel. Furthermore, each Power Gem minded awards two extra spins.
The slot also offers a Bonus Upgrader. In markets where Bonus Buy is available, the upgrader allows players to purchase an enhanced version of the bonus features that offer more chances to win.
The Iron Dog Studio team have done it once again – Dwarven Gems Megaways™ is an incredibly fun slot that offers a different take on the popular gem theme. The game’s three features will certainly help players in their quest to mine gems and gold, and of course, the Megaways™ mechanic delivers hundreds of thousands of ways to win with every spin. This represents a big moment for us as we move onto the GECKO framework and open up a raft of possibilities for our future content. The game itself is fantastic in my view, but it really is just the beginning.
