Checkd Group Seeks to Improve Player Engagement with Xtremepush
Checkd Group, the iGaming business, has announced a partnership with Xtremepush, an acquisition and retention platform. The aim is to improve player interactions on Checkd Group’s Betting Hub app and across its UK and US brands.
Xtremepush has developed an omni-channel customer engagement platform. It will allow Checkd Group to analyze, segment and target its customers with data-driven and relevant messages at the optimum time to improve engagement.
The platform has been designed with a “hyper-personalized” approach in mind, which has been proven to improve online conversion rates. The partnership will be used to target customers of the Betting Hub app as well as the US website FlashPicks and the UK websites Footy Accumulators and The Winners Enclosure. It is hoped that the integration will increase active players for Checkd Group’s operator partners and create new forms of engagement.
