The slot is set in a terrifying mental asylum, and the sinister theme is brought to life with some incredible graphics and sound effects. At the same time, it is packed with features and mechanics that are sure to keep players engaged with every spin.
It is a 5-reel slot with varying rows and over 1024 ways to win. Better yet, the winning ways can be drastically increased through Nolimit City’s popular xWays feature. On the reels are various symbols, including five different patients as well as body parts such as brains, hearts, lungs, and eyes.
To help players win more, reel positions can be covered with a fire frame, which then splits symbols that land in that position into two, increasing the number of paylines. Landing two dead patient symbols will award a random multiplier of between x5 and x9999. There are also special enhancer cells on the reels that can reveal dead patient symbols.
