Kambi Receives Several Awards at the EGR B2B Awards

The EGR B2B Awards 202 took place between 6 and 7 of July and saw numerous companies be rewarded for their achievements in the gaming industry. A hybrid format was utilized for this year’s awards, with two days of virtual content and awards ceremonies, as well as an in-person experience at the end. At the event, Kambi was awarded in three separate categories, which comes just one week after it claimed two accolades at the Global Gaming Awards 2021.

Kambi won the EGR awards for both In-Play Betting Software and Sports Betting Supplier, and these were awarded to the company during the virtual ceremony that took place on Tuesday, July 6. Judges praised the brand, claiming that it is a “leading US B2B sportsbook with a range of tiers” and for its strong growth in revenue.

It also achieved the headline award for Sportsbook Platform Supplier, which it garnered for the third year in a row. This, it picked up at the in-person ceremony, held at York Lawns in London on the evening of Wednesday, July 7. Judges looked towards the power of Kambi’s global network and pointed this out as being a key reason for its win.

The double victory that it secured at the Global Gaming Awards one week prior saw Kambi taking home achievements for Retail Supplier of the Year and Online Sports Betting Supplier of the Year. These awards are powered by the B2B gaming publication Gambling Insider and are held annually in the UK’s capital city.

Both awards ceremonies are independently adjudicated by the KPMG and Deloitte. Judging of the companies is done by executives of senior positions within the industry.
