A Las Vegas sex worker has been arrested and is facing charges of attempted murder, residential burglary, and robbery after allegedly viciously beating and robbing an elderly disabled man at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.

The incident occurred on October 27, 2023, when Napria Wilson, 26, allegedly assaulted the man and left him severely injured in his hotel room, making off with $6,000.

Elderly Gambler's Altercation with an Aggressive Sex Worker

The victim, a man in his late 60s, had just finished gambling at Caesars Palace and was cashing out his winnings when he encountered Wilson. She approached him, described as "very aggressive," and offered to take him up to his hotel room "for a good time." Initially agreeing to a $200 fee for sexual services, the man later claimed that Wilson demanded an additional $300 once they were in the room.

According to the victim's account to the police, Wilson then allegedly asked for another $500, which the man refused, insisting that he had already given her the money. This disagreement escalated, leading to an altercation between the two. Wilson reportedly attempted to take the man's wallet from his pants, and the situation quickly turned violent.

The victim's recollection of the incident was limited, but he remembered being punched in the face, falling to the ground, and being kicked multiple times. A security guard was eventually dispatched to the hotel room after receiving reports of a disturbance and, upon arrival, found the man lying on the floor, covered in blood, with severe facial injuries.

Emergency medical personnel who arrived at the scene noted that blood had splattered across the room, staining the bed sheets, floor, and furniture. The man's face was left severely bruised, and his left eye and hands were swollen shut.

Surveillance Footage Key in Las Vegas Assault Case

Video surveillance from the land-based casino showed Wilson entering an elevator with the victim at 5:57 a.m., and she was seen leaving the scene alone in a cab at 6:43 a.m. Further investigation led police to identify Wilson and uncover additional videos after consulting with the taxi company and driver.

In one video, Wilson can be seen vomiting as she enters the cab, apologizing to the driver, and appearing to offer him a $100 bill. During the ride, she appeared panicked and reportedly handed the driver what looked like an additional $200. She allegedly told the driver to keep the incident quiet.

Wilson was subsequently arrested on November 1st, 2023, outside her apartment in Henderson, a city located 16 miles from downtown Las Vegas. Her bail was set at $75,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court on November 7th, 2023.

The victim, who suffered severe injuries as a result of the alleged assault, has led to the arrest and legal proceedings against Napria Wilson, who now faces serious charges related to the incident at Caesars Palace.
