Sports betting and media company, Rivalry has revealed that it has launched its new interactive casino platform, Casino.exe, in Ontario.

The Canadian province has shown just how robust it is from an online gambling perspective over the last year, and it is believed that this new product should generate a substantial amount of interest.

In addition, it is also understood that the company has plans in place to launch a dedicated mobile app in the Ontario market later this year.

What Is Casino.exe?

An online casino platform that is initially launching in the Ontario market, with eight casino titles, many of which are entirely exclusive to the province, in addition to numerous top slot games from an array of the industry’s best software providers, there are big hopes that this can be a success.

Rivalry, being a specialist in technology for the iGaming scene, has created a platform that is in keeping with its philosophy of delivering a unique customer experience through innovative design, something that Casino.exe appears to have in swathes.

Launching our casino experience with a proven product that we’ve validated in our other markets is an exciting next step as we continue to grow our reach and offering in Ontario.
Casino.exe has been a catalyst for our business and a meaningful addition for our users, delivering a premium, interactive, and proprietary experience that differentiates our brand in a competitive market.

The company has been particularly active in the iGaming scene over the last year, developing a number of proprietary casino products, including Aviator - its initial third-party product, while it has several others in its portfolio, with these including table games and live dealers.

As a result of the launch of Aviator, Rivalry revealed that this has contributed 30 percent towards the overall handle in addition to 15 percent of revenue for Q3 in 2022 - as such, there are hopes that Casino.exe can have a similar impact.

We’ve taken a strategic approach to a casino that prioritizes design, user experience, and the selective curation of games geared for a targeted audience of next-generation users.
Rivalry continues to find business-defining strength through product innovation, investing in a unique user experience, and engineering entertainment into our platform.

Different Approach to the Ontario Market?

Most of the options for players in Ontario are made up of the biggest operators in the world, such as DraftKings, Caesars, or FanDuel - it is quite rare that you find something that has somewhat of a start-up vibe about it.

Rivalry, though, it appears has aligned itself with the Gen X culture in order to develop casino products that can be marketed to this generation. As a result, the way that these have been designed very much has an innovative approach - especially from a UX standpoint.

Trying to compete with the big operators is a foolish tactic, and it appears that Rivalry has got it right so far, especially following the release of Aviator, so there are big hopes that Casino.exe can hit similar heights.
