PointsBet Introduces Aaron O’Sullivan as Vice President of Online Revenue
The PointsBet (ASX: PBH) platform, which offers sports betting, online casino gaming, and more, has appointed Aaron O’Sullivan as the new Vice President of its Online Casino Revenue. He has been placed into the position so as to oversee the North American operations of the brand.
He brings his 15 years of experience in international online gaming to PointsBet and will remain as part of its US leadership team. It will be O’Sullivan’s role to report to the company CEO Johnny Aitken.
“I am thrilled to join the growing PointsBet team and welcome the opportunity ahead, particularly in shaping the online casino operation within the company’s proprietary tech framework”, said O’Sullivan. He went on to comment on the company’s long-term vision and strategy towards iGaming, which he said gives him “great confidence”.
O’Sullivan has previous experience that comes from serving large global brands, having held directorial positions for several companies and senior positions in others. These include Boylesports, Rank Plc, 32Red, and Betfred, to name just a few. He most recently served as the Head of Games for bet365.
He has also worked in various global regulated markets, including Spain, Italy, New Jersey, and the United Kingdom. Due to this, O’Sullivan has gained a strong understanding of what makes for a successful gaming operation.
It was only earlier in July that PointsBet brought NFL icon Drew Brees to its platform. He is now serving as a global brand ambassador for the gambling brand.
