Casushi Casino Review

Written by: Robert Bell

Casushi launched in 2020, making it a relatively new UK-facing casino, but one that is built around a strong slots focus and playful design. What stands out about the casino is its combination of a large game library, a simple welcome offer with free spins and full UK regulation.

A Straightforward Registration Process at Casushi UK

To write this Casushi casino review and give my honest opinion of the site, I first had to create an account. I found the registration process easy to follow and straightforward from the start. It didn’t take long to complete either. After clicking the ‘Join Now’ button, I just had to fill in some basic details like my name and email address, along with creating an account password. Casushi UK does try to verify your identity automatically during sign-up, too.

The whole process only took me a couple of minutes, and nothing felt confusing or complicated. I didn’t experience any problems while creating my casino account, though I knew I may have to upload my identity documents later if verification failed.

Casushi Welcome Bonus and Other Promotions

I found that the Casushi bonus selection goes beyond the welcome offer, with Daily Catch rewards and Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins promotion also available. I liked getting to play the Drops & Wins games from Pragmatic Play, while Daily Catch gives eligible players free Bait credits each day for chances to win free spins. This gave me a few extra ways to pick up rewards without relying only on the first-deposit promotion.

Available bonuses:

• Welcome Offer
• Daily Catch Rewards
• Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins

Can You Play on the Go with the Casushi App and Mobile Site?

I tried Casushi on my phone, and it honestly felt like a proper mobile casino rather than a cut-down version. From what I discovered while testing it, there is a dedicated iOS Casushi app in the Apple Store. However, one does not exist for Android devices, so if you’re like me and use a Samsung, for example, you’ll need to rely on mobile web browser play.

That’s not a bad thing, though. I personally tested the site on my device to see how it performs without the application. There was still a huge selection of games and most of those were accessible on mobile, with demo play also offered on many titles.

Design-wise, it worked really smoothly. The layout resized perfectly, menus were easy to tap, and games loaded quickly without crashing. The iOS app has a 4.1-star rating on the Apple Store, too.

Diverse Game Lobby at Casushi Casino

I spent a fair bit of time browsing the games at Casushi online casino. To me, it felt like one of those lobbies where you never run out of titles to try. From what I saw, the site hosts around 3,000 casino games, with over 2,800 of those being slots. There are also live games, jackpots, table games and more.

What stood out to me was the mix. There is a great selection of Casushi slots to play, and undoubtedly, this is where the site’s focus rests. Yet there is a nice choice of everything else to keep you thoroughly entertained.

I tried a few slots and one or two live/table games. Everything loaded quickly, gameplay was smooth, and I had a fun experience at the casino.

2,800 Casushi Slots to Choose From

I spent most of my time at the Casushi platform playing slot games. That’s where the casino felt strongest to me. I tried a few well-known titles first – Fluffy Favourites, Pirots and Sweet Rush Bonanza – just to see how they performed. Yet my favourite title in the Casushi slots lobby was Arabian Wins by Red Rake. I love the design and pay-anywhere setup this game offers. Plus, it has a maximum win potential of 10,000x your bet.

Each slot game I tried loaded very quickly on desktop and on mobile. Usually, I was playing the games within a few seconds, and I didn’t experience any lags or crashes. Most of the slots were popular titles from major providers too, such as NetEnt and Pragmatic Play. Yet a few lesser-known brands also contribute to the library. Thus, the slot section felt diverse and genuinely exciting.

• Number of Slots: 2,800
• Key Providers: NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Red Tiger, Games Global
• Popular Slot Games: 10,001 Nights, Starburst, Fluffy Favourites, Gold Blitz: Ultimate, Sweet Bonanza 1000

Great Selection of Table Games

While I didn’t spend as long playing table games as I did slots, I still tried a few titles to get a proper feel for them. I played 3D European Roulette by Iron Dog, Classic Blackjack from Games Global and First Person Craps from Evolution, too. These different styles worked well on desktop as well as on my smartphone. The one I enjoyed most out of them was the Classic Blackjack release, as I am a fan of the software from Games Global.

Each table game I played was fast-loading and, once more, I didn’t experience any lags or freezes. The selection of titles felt solid too, with a good mix of traditional table games and some more modern variations.

• Number of Table Games: 69
• Most Varied Game Type: 20 variations of blackjack and roulette
• Key Providers: Playtech, Games Global, Evolution, Iron Dog, 1×2 Gaming
• Popular Table Games: Classic Blackjack, High Limit European Advanced Blackjack, Deuces Wild Poker, French Roulette, Premier Roulette

Live Tables from Leading Game Providers

I also spent some time testing live dealer games to create this Casushi casino review. Often, the live dealer section is where you really notice the quality of a casino. I played Mega Roulette by Pragmatic Play, Adventures Beyond Wonderland from Playtech and Lightning Storm by Evolution. Overall, the experience felt really polished in each instance. The table that stood out most to me from these was Lightning Storm, which has a simple premise but lots of excitement built into it.

I also tried a couple of side bets on a game called POWER Blackjack by Evolution – primarily the double down function. Gameplay was a little more exciting because of this addition, though it does bring more risk. What I liked most was how smooth everything felt. There wasn’t any lag, audio and imagery was clear and interaction with the dealer felt natural.

Casushi Casino Licensing and Player Safety

While reviewing the entire Casushi site, I felt like it offered a high level of safety. It holds a licence from the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, which is the main regulator for UK players. Details of that licence are highlighted in the casino’s T&Cs section, making it feel transparent from the start.

Games are also independently tested, considering they come from top-quality developers. RTP information is displayed clearly within many games too, which is something I always check before playing. I set a deposit limit on my account from the start, which was easy to do. You can also opt for time outs, reality checks and full self-exclusion, if you need it.

Security-wise, Casushi casino uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing. Thus, overall, it genuinely felt safe and trustworthy while I was using the platform.

Simple Deposits and Withdrawals at Casushi

Banking at Casushi was one of the easiest parts of my experience. When I tested the site, I saw a good mix of methods on hand to use. Debit cards from Visa and Mastercard, bank transfers via the popular Trustly service or mobile payments through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

I made a small deposit to start my gaming journey there, which I did through Visa. It went through instantly. The minimum deposit at the site is £10, which is also the level that withdrawals start from. The maximum per transaction can reach about £5,000, depending upon the payment option you’re using.

From my experience, the whole process felt smooth and secure. Deposits transferred instantly and the site clearly explains that withdrawals are usually sent back via the same method.

Reliable Customer Support

I tested the customer support myself because that’s usually a big deal for me. The site provides live chat and email support, so I decided to try the former first to test the quickness of replies. I was connected to an agent within a couple of minutes, which was a great outcome.

I asked a simple question about withdrawals, and the response I received was clear and helpful, rather than a generic reply. The advisor explained everything step by step. I didn’t feel rushed on the chat, either. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.
