In 2004, the Sands Macau was the first Las Vegas-style casino to appear in Macau. Overlooking the Fisherman’s Wharf, the 289-room hotel includes three VIP suites, a large gaming hall, two smaller casinos, and seven restaurants, with many other amenities available. Keep in mind that Sands Macau is a relatively small venue compared to other land-based casinos in the city, as such, both its accommodation and gaming have limited options.

Casino Games and Gambling Floor at Sands Macau

You’ll find a great mix of European and Asian games on the 229,000 square feet gaming floor, including Commission-Free Baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Fan Tan, craps, and Sic Bo. However, there's no separate poker room. With over 1,254 slots available, there are both American and Asian favorites, including progressive jackpots like Megabucks. For the high roller among you, there’s a VIP section called the Paiza Club with 20 separate gaming rooms.

Sands Macau – Bonus Offers and Promotions

Sands Macau offers all players a loyalty program with three tiers. These rewards returning players with many exciting benefits, including cashback options, generous dining discounts, and invitations to special events. The easiest way to receive comps is to ask the front desk for a loyalty card which can then be used at both the Sands and the Venetian Casinos.

Features and Entertainment of the Venue

There’s certainly no shortage of things to do at the Sands Macau when you’re not hitting up the gaming floor. For a start, there are some amazing restaurants like the Cantonese Gold Court, the Mecanese Perola, Edo for Japanese cuisine, and the more American Copa Steakhouse for Wagyu beef or prime Tomahawk steak. For entertainment, there are free shows featuring the Glamour Girls, Ballroom, and Latin dancers, head over to the Xanadu Lounge. You can pay for full shows at the Sands Theatre, where international artists perform on a regular basis.
