Bringing Back GBI Racing

The racing content will be presented under the banner of Great British & Irish Racing (GBI Racing), reviving a similar initiative that operated from 2010 to 2018. RMG's representation includes 34 British racecourses, including prominent ones operated by the Jockey Club, York, and Goodwood. On the other hand, ARC collaborates with 16 British racecourses, along with several independent ones such as Ascot, Chester, and Newbury.

A New Broadcasting Services

In addition to the joint venture, a separate service will cater to various fixed-odds territories, broadcasting coverage from British racecourses and ARC’s Premier Greyhound Racing service. Vermantia, ARC's production business, will facilitate the broadcasting services for both tote and fixed-odds channels. This news comes after Flutter announced a British Horseracing docuseries in October.

ARC's Brendan Parnell explained the benefits of this partnership.

This partnership will offer British racing a unified export service, streamlined for our various international partners. Working with our colleagues at RMG, we look forward to offering and developing this efficient international platform to distribute and promote the sport around the world.
