Aspire Global Signs Casino and Sportsbook Deal with JNS

Aspire Global (OTCMKTS: ASPGF), the iGaming technology supplier, has announced the signing of a new multi-faceted agreement with JNS Gaming that will see its products used to launch a new casino and sportsbook brand.

The deal encompasses Aspire Global’s entire proprietary offering, including its platform, sportsbook, games, game aggregator, and managed services. The new brand is expected to go live later this year and will be available in several regulated markets.

Aspire Global’s CEO explained that he believes the deal is a testament to the quality of the company’s products.

This is yet another partnership that proves the strength of Aspire Global’s competitive iGaming offering. An experienced team of industry veterans runs JNS Gaming, and it operates under its own license. Jeremy Taylor, the CEO, said that they were seeking an experienced company who could provide a complete solution and that he believes, “With Aspire Global, we get a long-term partner with whom we can develop and grow a significant, new brand.”

Recent months have seen Aspire Global sign several supplier agreements, such as with Amelco and Funfair Casino. Furthermore, in May, Amelco and Aspire Global’s content aggregator, Pariplay, signed an integration deal that allowed Amelco, which provides trading, software and sports betting platforms, to integrate Pariplay’s Fusion platform into its product.

June saw Ireland’s largest casino group, Funfair Casino, sign a platform and managed services deal with Aspire Global. That deal will see the Irish operator go online for the first time using Aspire Global’s customer support, fraud and risk management, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) services.

With so many new deals, it is no surprise that Aspire Global posted its all-time high revenue and EBITDA in Q1 2021 and saw growth of 35.6% across all segments. The Q2 figures are due to be announced later this month.
