Bobby Valentine Becomes New Rush Street Ambassador

Top gambling operator Rush Street Interactive (RSI) (NYSE: RSI) has appointed former New York Mets manager Bobby Valentine as its brand ambassador.

The new role will see Valentine work closely with two of RSI’s online casinos, including PlaySugarHouse and BetRivers, and utilize his wealth of experience to grow the two brands.

He will also provide network and social media promotional content and podcasts, videos, TV appearances, and radio shows for the two casinos, both of which feature popular sportsbooks.

Valentine has played for top franchises like the Major League Baseball rosters at Los Angeles Dodgers, California Angeles, New York Mets, and Seattle Mariners.

He started managing clubs in 1985 and started with the Texas Rangers. Other teams he has professionally managed include the New York Mets, Boston Red Sox, and Japanese championship team Chiba Lotte Marines.

Since he retired from professional baseball, Valentine has been included as part of ESPN’s analysis and commentary team on shows like Sunday Night Baseball and NBC Sports. He Is also a regular contributor to MLB on Sirius.

Valentine would also have the opportunity to connect and engage with fans in his home state of Connecticut, with RSI launching retail and online sportsbooks in the area in October 2021.
