Bragg Gaming Group Finishes Takeover of Spin Games

Bragg Gaming Group has completed its acquisition of Spin Games in a deal valued at approximately $30m paid for in cash and stocks.

In December last year, the leading provider had previously announced that it got approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to acquire Spin Games, which marked the last stage of the regulatory requirements it needed to acquire the gaming firm.

With the completion of the deal, Bragg will fully takeover Spin’s operations and leverage its US iGaming partnerships to introduce new third-party online casino content in the region and cross-sell its European casino content.

The company also plans to solidify its presence in its operating jurisdictions, including Ontario and the Bahamas, by releasing new state-of-the-art games. It expects to launch titles like Egyptian Magic, Fairy Dust, and Paradise Ticket and content from partner studios on its remote gaming server (RGS) in Michigan, New Jersey, and Connecticut in the third quarter of the year.
