Enteractive to Help Reactivate Kaizen Gaming Players
Kaizen Gaming, the Greek GameTech company, has employed Enteractive, a company that provides retention services. The hope is that with Enteractive’s help, they will be able to bring back players from lapsed accounts. In particular, they will be focusing on players in Romania, Germany, Portugal, and Brazil.
GameTech, which boasts of being one of Europe’s fastest-growing iGaming companies, began campaigns with Enteractive in Romania last year, but this year it is expanding its targets to include the aforementioned countries.
Enteractive is widely considered the industry leader in player reactivation and retention. The company has more than 12 years of experience in the field, and it is recognized as one of the top revenue generators in the iGaming sector.
There will be campaigns for Kaizen Gaming’s Stoiximan and Betano brands. They will make use of Enteractive’s proprietary (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform to increase player retention and loyalty. The platform facilitates smooth integration of player databases with native-speaking sales agents who are able to engage with players in each market via the telephone. The personalized approach is a proven way to re-engage players from churned segments.
We’re keen to maximize the potential LPV across all our player segments, and these market campaigns with Enteractive will target those segments which will benefit most from direct and personal engagement.
Andrew Foster, the Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, described Enteractive’s approach to player retention as “highly effective,” adding, “We’re more than ready to bring back Kaizen’s lapsed players.”
Enteractive has native-speaking call agents helping iGaming brands in numerous markets, and it successfully reactivates more than 13,000 players per month for a variety of leading operators.
