Neccton’s mentor Adopted by Pragmatic Solutions
Pragmatic Solutions, a division of Pragmatic Play, has become the latest iGaming solution provider to sign up to use Neccton’s mentor software.
Pragmatic Solutions’ platform provides gaming operators with a wide range of tools related to risk management, regulatory compliance, the ability to run bespoke promotions and far more. Now it is to incorporate mentor, a set of responsible gambling player protection tools, as well as AML and fraud detection.
As mentor is a modular piece of software, Pragmatic Solutions will have complete control over which aspects of it they integrate with their platform.
Neccton’s mentor uses real-time data analysis to identify possible problem gambling behavior with the aim of catching issues early on. It monitors factors such as deposit frequency and will then both alert the operator and contact the player if it identifies a problem. It has been adopted by several major names in the gambling industry including Rush Street Interactive, PressEnter, and Bingoal.
We started our research in gambling 15 years ago and have published multiple academic studies in the area of player tracking and responsible gaming. We have shown that players who gamble responsibly are more loyal, and their customer lifetime is significantly longer. We are proud to assist millions of players across dozens of brands around the world and to bring Pragmatic Solutions and their many customers into the fold.
Ashley Lang, the CEO of Pragmatic Solutions described the mentor software as a “great asset” and a “key ingredient” for many regulator environments.
Lang added, “We are happy to offer operators access to this top-notch solution, making this integration an important step in our mission to deliver a modern, open, and scalable platform capable of meeting all the needs of iGaming operators.”
