New Market for CT Interactive after Alliance with Microgame

Online gambling software provider CT Interactive's link-up with Microgame has ensured entry into the Italian iGaming market.

It means that this becomes the third market deal for the developer in the space of 10 days, with Colombia and Spain also among those territories where it will be looking to capitalize over the next few months.

As a result, the impressive suite of slot titles will now become available to customers of CT Interactive - something that has been welcomed by key personnel at the operator.

Italy Seen as a Potent Market

The southern Mediterranean country is understood to have one of the biggest growing online gambling markets in Europe and is certainly a major performer in the sports betting scene, while the online casino is growing considerably in popularity.

MicroGame is an important partner for CT Interactive, and their strong position in the Italian gaming market makes them an excellent choice for the rollout of our games.
Italy continues to be a key market for us, I have high expectations for our content, and I'm very pleased that we are broadening our offering within the Italian market.

Milena TsankarskaHead of Business Development EMEA CT Interactive

Microgame's growing position and reputation in Italy means that this partnership could well have significant weight for CT Interactive as it looks to gain further exposure in developing markets.

We are happy to welcome CT Interactive among our suppliers. This agreement will allow us to grow our casino in terms of quality and variety. Our partners will be able to have a great competitive advantage.

Marco CastaldoCEO of Microgame

Similar views were echoed by Castaldo's opposite number, Lachezar Petrov, who gushed: "This is a strategic deal that will allow extending our presence in Italy and having exposure at major casino brands."

Under the agreement of the deal, it means CT Interactive will see a wide variety of its games, including favorites such as Banana Party, 40 Mega Slot, and Chilli Fruits, become available to the Italian market.

More Deals to Follow for Microgame?

After recently also securing a content distribution agreement with Lady Luck Games, it appears that Microgame is making serious moves of intent in the Italian market as it seeks to raise its profile in a market where it could become a contender.

Getting it right is key for Microgame, understanding what online gambling enthusiasts in the country want, and it appears that it may be taking the right approach. Signing more boutique and specialist developers in the industry is a great way to stand out among major competitors.

CT Interactive, although having a good standing in the industry, is not in the top tier of software providers. However, it has gained a reputation for the quality of the content that it produces. Certainly, this is something that Microgame is banking on.
