Rush Street to Adopt Neccton’s Player Protection Tool

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has partnered with Neccton to integrate its player protection software for its BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse sites.

Neccton is a leading socially responsible gaming firm with a real-time data analysis player protection software mentor that helps restrict gambling addiction. The software tracks play and identify potential play patterns that could need intervention. It helps players and operators notice problem gambling issues early and nip them in the bud.

The tool achieves this by first recognizing triggers in the player’s behavior. It then notifies the operator and directly contacts the player, helping the player make better-informed decisions.

Dr. Michael Auer

North America’s regulatory landscape is very diverse, so it is wonderful to see an operator as large and well-respected as Rush Street Interactive embrace our software and be ahead of regulatory requirements to become the first US company to adopt this powerful tool, underlining their heightened approach to player care.

Under the terms of the agreement, the player protection software mentor will now be present across RSI’s online casino and sportsbook brands across North America. Rush Street Interactive would be the first US-based online casino and sports betting company to partner with Neccton for its software.

Partnering with Neccton, a well-respected global leader in player protection products, is a testament to RSI’s commitment and execution of our corporate social responsibility strategy, which prioritizes and embeds responsible gambling into the core of our operations. It is imperative that we ensure both our valued players and team members have the tools and resources necessary to help ensure a culture of responsible gambling and sustainable play.
