Sportsbet.io Launches Bitcoin Hunt for Southampton Fans

Riding on its existing partnership with Southampton, online sportsbook company Sportbets.io has launched a first-ever Bitcoin hunt contest for the dedicated fans of the football team.

The operator created the Bitcoin competition specifically for Southampton and its fans, thereby enhancing its relationship with the Premier League club. The crypto sportsbook has been a Southampton sponsor since 2020./p>

Fans who participate in the competition would stand a chance to win one Bitcoin, which is currently worth between £25k-£35k.

The gaming events that would be featured in each round of the competition include social media tasks, QR code hunts, and quizzes about the football club's history.

Round two will feature a blockchain-style puzzle where historical Southampton jerseys will be introduced. The third round will see contestants answering a series of questions about the club and its history.

Three winners and one 'lucky-dip' winner will progress to the final, which will take place at St Mary's Stadium on 30 April. They will battle it out in the half-time live Bitcoin hunt final, where only one winner will emerge and be announced.
