Betby, the online B2B sportsbook provider, has announced the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has given its approval for the provider to supply its eSports odds feed service to operators in regulated markets.

Under the terms of the approval from the MGA, Betby can now offer a comprehensive range of eSports betting data, including live odds for an event and pre-match prices. Also, the company can supply extensive data for eSports fixtures and a full-results service for eSports events. These new products from the B2B supplier are modular, so they can be integrated into the Betby Sportsbook platform, or operators can use the live eSports odds feed as a standalone service.

We are very proud to have received this approval from the Malta Gaming Authority. We highly appreciate the cooperation with the regulator. Compliance with the applicable law is one of the pillars Betby stands on. Approval of the eSports odds feed is an important addition to our existing verticals. The work does not stop here as Betby has big ambitions to expand the offering of its products in the regulated jurisdictions.

Betby Sees MGA Licence as a Milestone

The approval of the MGA means that alongside its current eSports products, Betby can offer B2B eSports content in a live broadcast through platforms like Twitch. These services include powerful Backoffice products, such as modular risk management tools.

The supplier says it hails this achievement as an important milestone in the company’s growth strategy in the rapidly expanding eSports markets.

This is a major milestone for Betby. During the past years, Betby has invested heavily in its own eSports odds feed product. The unique nature of the Betby.Games product – as we have branded it in-house – perfectly complements the eSports ecosystem by allowing for greater player engagement due to it covering gaps present in the traditional live esports content calendar. We are already collaborating with some of the leading esports feed suppliers in the industry, and the feedback has been astounding.

In the statement, Betby says it is looking forward to launching its new products, which boasts a suite of AI-based Sportsbook tools, at the ICE London 2024 trade event next month. Betby is eager to meet its clients at ICE, where the company will use its stand to show customers the cutting-edge technology and innovation in its latest services.
