Butler National Corporation has announced an agreement with Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG), a subsidiary of DraftKings. The agreement was reached via Butler National’s wholly owned subsidiary that runs Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, Kansas.

The agreement is designed to bring GNOG’s online sportsbook to Kansas, as long as it receives all the necessary licenses and regulatory approvals.

Kansas’ new sports betting laws for Butler National’s subsidiary to sign contracts with up to three sportsbook platform providers. The laws also allow the operator to offer sports betting at a retail sportsbook located at its Boot Hill Casino.

When sports betting goes live in Kansas, anyone who is of legal age and located within the state boundaries will be able to place bets directly from their mobile devices and computers or by visiting a lottery gaming facility.
