Close to 20 Million Grand National Bets Placed through OpenBet

The platform processed 48 million bets during the event, and there was an 8% increase in the number of bets placed on the Grand National from last year.

Close to 20 million bets were placed on the Grand National and the average bet for singles on the Win and Each Way markets was £5.27. Just 5% of bets were on the winner while the three most backed horses were ‘Aint That A Shame’, ‘Any Second Now’, and ‘The Big Dog’.
