Pronet Gaming has partnered with Flows to add automation, orchestration and gamification capabilities across its platform and network of more than 50 operator brands.

LONDON – Pronet Gaming has partnered with Flows to add orchestration, automation and gamification capabilities across its technology platform. The integration will be deployed across a network of more than 50 operator brands, giving partners access to new functionality without requiring separate development for each brand.

Flows technology will be integrated across Pronet Gaming’s wider technology stack, connecting systems and coordinating data and actions in real time. The companies say this will allow new workflows, features and player experiences to be introduced more efficiently across the operator network.

Pronet Gaming provides sportsbook, casino, betting exchange and retail technology across international markets, with a particular focus on Asia. The company has also been expanding its international strategy, following a brand and website refresh earlier this year that emphasized localization and platform flexibility.

Flows Adds Automation Across Pronet Gaming Platform

The integration introduces an orchestration layer designed to coordinate systems, data and platform actions without requiring lengthy development work for individual use cases. Flows’ platform technology will also support automated workflows across Pronet Gaming’s operator network.

Pronet Gaming said deploying the technology centrally will allow functionality to be rolled out at scale while still giving individual operators scope to adapt experiences for their audiences. The platform provider supports businesses across Asia while also helping operators expand into markets including Europe and Latin America.

“Our focus is always on giving operators technology that is flexible enough to support how they want to grow and engage their players. Flows strengthens that proposition by giving us greater control over orchestration and automation across our platform, while opening up new possibilities around gamification and player engagement. Bringing these capabilities into our wider technology ecosystem means we can move faster, experiment more easily and deliver new opportunities to our operators at scale.”

Gamification Tools Expand Player Engagement Options

A dedicated gamification capability forms another part of the integration. Pronet Gaming said operators will be able to develop promotional mechanics, interactive experiences and other engagement features that can be adapted across individual brands.

The centralized approach means those capabilities can be made available throughout the network rather than built separately for each operator. Pronet Gaming said the model is intended to accelerate experimentation and deployment while retaining flexibility for different markets and operator requirements.

“Pronet Gaming has a clear focus on giving operators flexible technology that can adapt to different markets and requirements. By bringing Flows into its wider platform and operator ecosystem, Pronet can connect systems, coordinate data and execute actions in real-time, while making it much easier to introduce new products, features and player experiences. We’re excited to support the team as they continue to expand what their platform can deliver and create new possibilities for operators across their network.”

Integration Supports Wider International Strategy

The partnership adds another technology layer as Pronet Gaming develops its platform for operators working across different markets and regulatory environments. Its product range currently spans sportsbook, casino, betting exchange and retail solutions.

Pronet Gaming said the Flows integration will support its broader strategy of connecting its Asian operator base with international markets. With the technology being deployed across more than 50 brands, the next phase will focus on using the orchestration and gamification capabilities across the wider operator network.
