Colombia’s 25th Gaming and Technology Expo Kicks Off Next Week

Next week, the GAT Expo 2024 (Gaming and Technology Exposition) will be taking place in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

It is the twenty-fifth edition of the exposition and more than 3,000 people will be coming together from April 9 to 11 for a packed program and plenty of networking opportunities.

A Busy Schedule of Talks and Events

Talks on the first day of the events include titles such as “Where is Gambling Going in Latin America?”, “How to Stay Up to Date? Customization and Innovation”, “Challenges and Future of the Gaming Industry in Latin America”, and many more.

There will also be breaks for meals and coffee, which will give attendees the chance to mingle and network. In the evening, the Colombian Party will be taking place at the Plazoleta Central Convention Center.

Over the next two days, the exposition itself will be open. Occupying more than 1000 square meters there will be stands from industry leaders such as Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, Win Systems, R Franco, IGT and Gambee.

In addition to the exposition, attendees will have the chance to enjoy Formula 1, Valorant, eFootball and Counter-Strike tournaments, as well as a show from Yo Me Llamo Shakira.

A Focal Point for the Regional Industry

There will be several more companies on the exposition floor, covering every aspect of the gambling industry. José Aníbal Aguirre, the CEO of GAT, has said that today, Latin America’s gambling industry “revolves around GAT Expo Cartagena”.

He went on to say that guests will be greeted at Cartagena airport and accompanied to the Hotel Las Americas where hosts will meet the delegates from 45 countries. Aguirre also spoke about the professional Shakira impersonator who will be performing for guests’ entertainment.
