Enteractive to Aid BetCity with Player Retention in the Netherlands
Enteractive, a firm that specializes in customer retention, has signed a deal to run reactivation campaigns in the Dutch market for BetCity, which is part of the Entain Group.
BetCity was one of the first brands to receive a license from the KSA and is one of the country’s leading iGaming and sports betting operators. Enteractive will be working alongside the operator’s CRM strategies, delivering customized retention and reactivation services designed to optimize revenue from the churned segments of the customer base.
BetCity was licensed by the KSA in October 2021, and by early 2022, it had claimed around 20% of the market. Entain then acquired the operator in late 2022.
Enteractive will use its proprietary (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform, which is designed to facilitate fast and simple integration of player databases. This is combined with native-speaking sales agents who are able to engage players on a one-to-one basis. Enteractive’s approach to CRM has been proven to re-engage players, and responsible gambling best practices are included as standard. Using its technique, the company reactivates more than 13,000 players per month for several leading operators.
We’re delighted to join forces with Enteractive, giving us the edge over competitors in the Dutch sector. Enteractive’s personalized one-to-one solutions enable us to grow the relationship with our players as well as ensure that we’re the responsible choice for players. To generate revenues from previously dormant segments only anticipates a long-term fruitful relationship.
Francesca Raniolo, the Senior Business Development Executive at Enteractive, said that they are “thrilled” to be working with BetCity, which he described as “an innovative and exciting brand”. He added, “With the untapped potential of lapsed player accounts and the positive response we are receiving from the players, Enteractive is looking forward to making a considerable difference in active player revenues.”
