EveryMatrix Names Marc Burroughes as CCO for Its CasinoEngine

Burroughes has more than a decade of industry experience and has served in management roles at some of the biggest names in the gaming sector including spells at IGT, Light & Wonder, and OpenBet. He was instrumental in developing marketing strategies and gained experience in dealing with tier 1 customers.
In his new role, Burroughes has promised to use innovation and maximize opportunities for the business to ensure long-term growth plans. He will report to Stian Enger, the CEO of the casino business unit.
When the opportunity came to join EveryMatrix on their journey to rapid growth there was only one answer I could give. The group’s casino division is among the best I’ve seen in my 17 years in the industry and it still has room to significantly grow. I want to maximise all the opportunities we’ve identified and I’m confident we can achieve some big targets.
EveryMatrix Keen to Accelerate Growth
In his new role, Burroughes will oversee the commercial operations at CasinoEngine which powers the EveyMatrix casino platform. The CasinoEngine division is one of the most successful for EveryMatrix and the platform is responsible for generating €2.8 billion in Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) for customers last year, and it continued to break all records for EveryMatrix last year.
Additionally, he has been tasked with setting a strategy for the CasinoEngine platform and potential new services. Burroughes will also have to work with the other modular platforms SlotMatrix and EveryMatrix so the business can provide a comprehensive integrated solution.
Marc has a strong track record working in senior positions for some of the industry’s major providers and delivering premium casino solutions for tier-1 brands. As we continue to grow at pace, and as our casino business unit goes from strength to strength, we’re looking to accelerate this even further in the months and years ahead under Marc’s commercial leadership.
