Jennifer Aument Appointed as Aristocrat’s New Non-Executive Director
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL), a leading global provider of gaming solutions, has appointed Jennifer Aument as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Ms. Aument brings over 25 years of experience in the development, delivery, and operations of major infrastructure assets. She has held leadership roles in large, publicly listed infrastructure companies in the US and Australia.
Most recently, Ms. Aument served as Global Transportation Chief Executive at AECOM, a premier infrastructure consulting firm. There, she led a team of over 14,000 people. Prior to that, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Transurban's North American business, where she served for almost a decade.
She has also held public affairs and government relations leadership roles at Bechtel Infrastructure and other firms.
One of the reasons Aristocrat chose Ms. Aument is her experience as a member of advisory boards for several organizations, including Cornell University and the Eno Center for Transportation. She also previously served on the board of commissioners for the Virginia Port Authority.
