The share of the revenue from harmful gambling decreased to 3.0 percent, a positive trend that can be attributed to the company's efforts to enhance customers' responsible gambling journey. The improvement effect after interventions was 83.0 percent, indicating that early intervention is critical to preventing harmful gambling behavior.
Kindred's responsible gambling and customer-facing teams detected customers showing markers of harm, and swift interventions were made to prevent harmful behavior.
