Donoghue is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience working at leading companies like ESPN and Amazon.

Donoghue’s Massive Success at ESPN

While at ESPN, Donoghue served as the Executive Vice President of Global Business & Content Strategy, where she oversaw ESPN films and launched multiple digital properties like the ESPN Films 30 for 30 series.

She was most recently the VP of global sports video for Prime Video. Under her leadership, Amazon's Prime Video service secured a large collection of sports rights, prominently featuring Thursday Night Football.
