NexLevel Gaming Joins Grover Gaming Family

Leading iGaming content and software provider Grover Gaming has reportedly completed the deal to acquire bingo games supplier NexLevel.

As a result of the acquisition, Grover Gaming will take over the management of the Ohio-based bingo games manufacturer as well as its products and existing partnerships. The Grover family will also bring on board the "sales, marketing, and customer service staff of NexLevel before the takeover.

Grover is one of the biggest providers of game content, software, and systems for lottery and charitable organizations. The team is based in North Carolina and has licensing agreements in other ten states of the US, including Kentucky, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Virginia, and Louisiana. It is also approved in Ontario, Canada.

Although the firm holds a bingo supply manufacturer license in Ohio, it has applied for a different distributor license that would enable it to partner with the charities in the jurisdiction.

However, Grover would have to wait till April 1st since the state law does not permit Ohio's Attorney General's office to grant any new electronic or online instant bingo licenses till the stipulated time.

In its official press release, Grover stated that it wouldn't compulsorily require any of NextLevel's charitable organizations to sign long-term contracts. Rather, it would focus on the brand's "best performing games."
