Novibet to Use GiG’s Affiliate Comply Tool
Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) has announced an extension of its agreement with Novibet, the European gaming operator, for GiG Comply, its affiliate marketing compliance and screening tool.
GiG Comply gives operators such as Novibet the ability to scan websites for content including links, particular terms and phrases, and their compliance with regulatory requirements in numerous jurisdictions. It uses a rules engine to examine affiliates’ campaigns and reports back to operators on the promotional content that is being used to advertise their brands.
Operators are able to customize the tool with their own criteria and it can be adjusted so that it covers any jurisdiction-specific requirements, ensuring that operators are not in breach of their licensing conditions. It is used by several leading operators, such as Betway.
Novibet will be using GiG Comply to ensure that it stays on top of its marketing compliance by checking that affiliates are following its responsible gaming and brand requirements.
