Parimatch Tech Expands Portfolio with Strategic Acquisitions
Parimatch Tech has acquired the performance marketing business Mr.Fish and the Ukraine-facing online poker room PokerMatch.
While the financial terms of the deal have not been published, Parimatch Tech said that the acquisitions will allow it to expand its entertainment and marketing product portfolio while helping both Mr.Fish and PokerMatch to grow globally.
Mr.Fish provides a number of digital services including affiliate marketing, SEO, media buying, retention, reactivation, PR strategy, creative, design and influence marketing. It also operates a number of business units such as the iGaming marketing agency Digital Chain, CPM advertising network Vadideo, CPA network Papa Karlo, global marketing agency Global, and freelance copywriting website Copylancer.
Meanwhile, PokerMatch is an online poker room that is partnered with the All-Ukrainian Match Poker Federation, and it is also the title sponsor of the Ukrainian national poker team.
Both of these companies will be integrated into Parimatch Tech’s marketing and business strategy.
Parimatch Tech is excited to join forces with PokerMatch and Mr.Fish to help achieve our big goal – exploring and expanding the entertainment possibilities our users experience by interacting with the Parimatch brand. We are certain that the synergy of our expertise will lead to strengthening of the brands of all parties involved. Our business philosophy and approaches are quite similar, and we are excited to join forces with Mr.Fish and PokerMatch to further build and expand our entertainment ecosystem.
These deals come a month after Parimatch Tech’s franchise partner Parimatch Russia appointed Dmitry Sergeev to head its expansion across Central Eastern Europe. Earlier this year, Parimatch rebranded to become Parimatch Tech as it changed its focus to offering its marketing and technology as B2B solutions for franchise partners in order to create greater brand awareness amongst prospective partners.
