PlayStar Announces Partnership with Symplify

CRM and A.I. cloud solutions provider Symplify and PlayStar have entered into a four-year agreement that will see the former supply the iGaming operator with its OnPage AI tool.

The partnership will see Symplify provide Playstar with its OnPage AI solution to give the latter's players a 'highly personalized and tailored web experience based on machine learning.'

PlayStar will also leverage Symplify's campaign and journey builder tools to advance its interests in the United States market. The operator will also utilize Symplify's A.I. to optimize its marketing expenditure and identify signs of problem gambling through the platform's behavioral analysis.

PlayStar is the latest operator to join Symplify's list of iGaming clients, including William Hill, Betsson, LeoVegas, and Mr Green. As part of its plans to establish a stronghold in the U.S. market, the operator appointed Jon Bowden as its new Chief Marketing Officer in April. In the following month, PlayStar partnered with Evolution to use the live games developer's content on its New Jersey casino when it launches later this year.
