PlayStar's New Chief Marketing Officer Is Jon Bowden
PlayStar has announced the appointment of Jon Bowden in the role of Chief Marketing Officer. The latest development comes shortly after the company appointed Gustav Vadenbring as CFO.
PlayStar is looking for more expansion in the US, which is becoming one of the largest regulated iGaming markets in the world. Bowden will also be responsible for heading the growth in other North American markets. He will focus on enhancing the unique online casino experience that PlayStar is trying to create for its players. PlayStar also wants Bowden to lead the company's future acquisition strategy.
Jon is one of the most experienced marketers in the industry and his appointment as PlayStar CMO will undoubtedly prove vital in our mission to disrupt the US market, The US market is ferociously competitive, so as a brand we need to be heard above the noise and ensure that we engage with players from day one. Jon certainly has what it takes to help us achieve this, and I look forward to working with him as we ready for launch in New Jersey and other regulated states.
Bowden has 10 years of industry experience at the marketing and branding senior levels. Some of his previous companies include Entain, Ladbrokes, and Coral. His latest role was as Brand Director at the GVC Group, which he held for three years.
