PointsBet Releases Basketball Show with Kazeem Famuyide

Sportsbook and iGaming operator PointsBet has launched a new NBA and college basketball-focused show, "Count It."

According to the operator, the show will focus on interesting stories, trends, and news from college basketball and the NBA. It will also feature opinions and betting picks from basketball analysts and experts. The show will air three times a week on YouTube and other podcast platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

PointsBet has also announced the appointment of Kazeem "Kaz" Famuyide, a New York-based creative and famous sports media personality, as the host of Count It.

Kaz has spent over ten years working in different media positions in the sports and entertainment industries. He started as an intern for American Hip-Hop Magazine The Source and has since risen through the ranks to having his own podcast and handling editor-level positions with leading magazines like Bleacher Report and Stashed Magazine. He has also hosted shows for The Ringer and The Springhill Company.

Being able to talk about the sport I'm so passionate about with incredible guests and to do so against the backdrop of sports betting is next to none.

Count It comes months after PointsBet started a new soccer show, The Stoppage Time, with Ian Joy. The show focused on the recently concluded 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar and featured special appearances and contributions from leading soccer personalities and analysts, including famous football journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The Straight Line by Ryan Leaf is another notable show produced by the betting operator.

We're thrilled to kick off 2023 with "Count It" following an incredible year filled with new content and talent additions.
