PointsBet Reveals New Sportsbook Destination in Illinois

PointsBet has announced the launch of its new retail sportsbook at Club Hawthorne in Villa Park, Illinois.

The leading operator chose the new location for its fourth retail sportsbook in the state based on its partnership with Hawthorne Race Course.

The sportsbook will be located inside the Crazy Pour Sports Bar at Club Hawthorne, which covers 15,000 feet and offers several exclusive features like a full-service bar and restaurant, a private party VIP room, and a fully covered heated patio.

High-resolution TVs numbering over 160, including a 26-foot-wide HD display and five 160" jumbo displays, allow sports fans to watch their favorite games and bet on them.

With a full roster of NFL playoffs, NBA, and NHL games, we couldn't be more excited to be offering a new destination for Illinois sports fans to enjoy and bet on their favorite sports. The PointsBet Retail Sportsbook is part of PointsBet's continued efforts to expand our footprint in a key state like Illinois, and we're thrilled to be able to provide the Illinois sports community with another premier location that caters to both sports fans and bettors – and everyone in between.

Three betting windows and eight self-service kiosks will service the needs of sports bettors who want to place cash wagers directly at the venue. They can bet on sports Monday- Thursday from work 10 am to 9 pm and on the weekends from 9 am to 9 pm. However, wagering on horse racing closes at 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

There's nowhere else in Chicagoland where you can bet on sports, horse racing and video slots. Only Club Hawthorne betting bars have it all. We're building an integrated on-site entertainment experience with great food and drinks and excellent service for the next generation of sports fans.
